88big grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Platform content.

All deposits must be made using payment accounts or instruments registered in your own legal name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are strictly prohibited and will be subject to reversal. Any funds deposited via a third-party instrument may be confiscated pending investigation.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. 88big reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
6.3 Processing Times. Processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. FPX bank transfers may take up to one business day. 88big is not responsible for additional delays attributable to your bank or payment provider.
6.4 Fees. 88big does not currently charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees independent of 88big. Players are responsible for any such third-party charges.

In the event of any inconsistency between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to 88big's acceptance at its sole discretion. 88big reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud, odds errors, or technical malfunctions.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all markets and game categories. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may differ by game type, market, or account tier. 88big may apply individual bet limits to specific accounts without explanation.
8.3 Odds Errors. In the event that incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, human error, or third-party data feed malfunction, 88big reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds and return the stakes to the relevant accounts.
8.4 Abandonment and Postponement. For sports betting markets, where an event is abandoned or postponed, 88big's specific sport betting rules — available on the Platform — shall govern the settlement of affected bets. Generally, postponed events not rescheduled within 24 hours result in void bets and returned stakes.
8.5 Dispute Resolution. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with our support team within 72 hours of the settlement time. 88big's decision on disputed bets is final after a review period and subject to the governing law provisions of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88big Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 Suspension by 88big. 88big may suspend or temporarily restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, pending investigation. During a suspension period, access to Platform functions including betting, deposits, and withdrawals may be disabled.
10.2 Closure by 88big. 88big may permanently close an Account upon completion of an investigation that confirms a material breach of these Terms, upon receipt of a valid self-exclusion request, or where continued account operation would represent a regulatory or compliance risk. Written notice of closure will be provided except in cases of fraud or serious abuse.
10.3 Closure by the Player. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your primary payment method after applicable processing periods and subject to compliance with KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
10.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to close their Account for responsible gambling reasons should request self-exclusion via our Responsible Gambling page. Self-excluded accounts are subject to reinstatement restrictions as described in our Responsible Gambling Policy.

The 88big trademark, logo, and domain name are the exclusive property of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of any 88big brand assets is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 88big Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88big holds its operating licence. The specific jurisdiction is determined by our licensing authority at the time of any dispute.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process may be referred to independent arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
